Oups! #spilledsomecoffee 😱

On an incredible busy weekend, trying to get to the finish line of our log home building project, rushing left and right with 3 kids tagging along, it's nice with a break in the sun and a breather - resting on top of a real Viking mound!! Sometimes I can't believe that we actually live here 😁 it makes me so happy and grateful to have my kids growing up so close to nature and wildlife and to be able to climb up on top of ... Viking graves 😂❤ #sweden #life #viking

Exiting! Roasted dandelion roots smells pretty much like coffee and have the same texture, but it didn't quite taste like it 🤔 However, still a nice dark tea drink to have at home. A slight warning though: in French, dandelions are called "pissenlit" which translates to "pee in bed" 🤣 (Dandelion has diuretic effects... ) #maskros #dandelioncoffee #dandelion #pissenlit #nature #forage

Sunday meal prep: our weekly ration of oat milk, I found a great recipe 😁 - ridiculously easy! It took about 30 min , costed a maximum of 1€, we made 4 bottles directly. With the leftover mashed-up oats, we made our own version of honey crusted "cheerios", my son is really exited for tomorrow's breakfast 🌱 #zerowasteliving #oatdrink #oatmilk #ithinkimgettingthehangofthis😁
