The cool thing about working with scraps, left-over fabrics or old lace is to be able to cut around destroyed parts of the fabric to create new models made out of the "good" fabric. And since I cut out one garment at a time, I can play around with my pattern pieces like a puzzle, wasting as little fabric as possible.
A few yards of discarded furniture fabric becomes a perfectly lovely spring coat. The beauty of cutting out piece by piece is that it's possible to create a garment without too much waste 👍
Play like you never played before, live like you mean it. Get dirty, dare to dream big, go crazy and jump.
All things dead and frozen, waiting to be reborn again. Are you enjoying this cold period? When you can slow down, reflect and set new goals for the year? The light is slowly coming back to us here in Sweden and new ideas are forming in my head... I'm excited to show you my new collection in a few months: Wild things, based on Maurice Sendaks illustrations and especially the book: Where the wild things are.
