raori is 100% made in Sweden. We ship worldwide from a small studio in the Swedish countryside. Return and refund on all items within 10 days of delivery, see Policies below for more info.

All raori items are made in the highest quality materials, with great fit and excellent craftsmanship, focusing on sustainability from design to the last seam.

Policies:

All pieces in my shop are unique and handmade and they come in limited numbers. I never buy big quantities of fabric. I only use organically produced or left-over “waste” fabrics that the fashion industry doesn’t care to use anymore. Nothing in my little production goes to waste: The original pattern is always made to create very little fabric waste, small fabric cuttings that remains becomes clothes for me or my kids (or their dolls) and when there is really nothing left, just scraps, I put them in a bag and make sofa cushions of them. Or quilts. I like this way of eco-friendly living.

Allow 3-4 weeks of making for Made to Order-garments. As for the rest, if I have it in stock, I’ll send it to as soon as payment is received, normally within 1-3 days. Please make sure to check your size before ordering. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Refunds and exchanges:

The pictures and sizing of the garments are very accurate, but if you are not happy with your garment for any reason I will gladly take it back and refund you if you ship it back within 10 days of your delivery. The customer pays for the return shipping. I do not accept returns on sales, personalised or custom orders, with the exception of wedding gowns. Whatever the problem might be, please contact me as soon as you can after delivery so that I can resolve the problem for you.

For shipment outside Europe, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

Payments:

I prefer safe payments over Paypal or Stripe, but if you would like to use a bank transfer or Swedish Swish, that is absolutely also possible.

Shipping:

Shipping within Sweden is free on all items. For other countries, see list below. Garment in stock will be shipped from Sweden within 1-3 days of finished payment. I use standard Swedish Postal service unless you ask or pay for something else. If you’re in a hurry, please send me a message and I will see what I can do.

  • Package up to 1 kg: Europe 8€, US and everywhere else: 12€
  • Package up to 2 kg: Europe 11€, US and everywhere else: 15€

For shipment outside Europe, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

If your purchase is a gift, I will happily ship straight to the giftee, as well as include a personal note if requested, just leave me the info you want written in the “note to seller” box at checkout.

Delivery time for Europe is 4-6 days and for the rest of the world 7-10 days, although while packages generally arrive on time, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for delivery within Europe & up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable so it’s best to order a long time in advance or pay for faster shipping to ensure faster delivery times!
